Disneyland California

The first of Walt Disney's ventures, Disneyland Park (official website) is 85 acres of everything you love about Disney - from the whimsical characters that dominate the rides and roam the walkways to the sophisticated "animatronics" that wow visitors, no matter how many times they've been here.

Disneyland Park is divided into Main Street and 7 additional distinct lands. There's a reason to visit each and every one of them.

Main Street

The pathway to the castle and all that's beyond, Disney designed Main Street to look like the principal thoroughfare of a small town. Here you'll find a number of shops as well as a few attractions, like Great Moments with Mr. Lincolnand The Walt Disney Story. Hop aboard a horse-and-carriage or double-decker bus for a ride down the street.
